The Selfridge Program is family friendly giving the the veteran piece of mind while they go through treatment and training.
After The Impact pairs Veterans an former amateur and professional athletes together as they go through a 30 day intensive neuro/behavioral program geared at getting them in their feet and back on track. The program provides individualized treatment plans that consists of: 24 hrs supervision, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech & Language Pathology, Counseling, Recreational Therapy, Group Therapy, as well as individual.
This intensive outpatient SUD rovides recovery and prevention treatment for both adults, and adolescents dealing with SUD, Driver Training Re-evaluation, as well as, ADHD testing.
